Johnson Controls Introduced Illustra Standard Smart Network Cameras in APAC

Versatile, Scalable and Smart Solutions to Meet Diversified Needs

Johnson Controls launched Tyco Illustra Standard network camera series in APAC that comprise 21 smart cameras with a tiered approach scaling from A Series providing enterprise solutions for high-end installations, to V series and E series meeting customer needs for cost effective commercial deployments. The 1/1.8’ starlight camera is also introduced as top of the line model.

The Illustra Standard network cameras are NDAA compliant and offer enhanced H.265 video compression. With a variety of form factors and built-in intelligent video analytics (IVA), the cameras are designed to provide a versatile，scalable and smart surveillance solution for deployments where high definition images, advanced video intelligence, innovative recording features, and open platform integrations are required.

High Image Quality. The Illustra Standard network cameras capture crisp and clear HD resolution images, and supports H.265 compression to save video storage. Innovative low-light detection enabled by IR illumination, 120dB Wide Dynamic Range, and True Day/Night provide exceptional video quality in challenging lighting conditions.

Intelligent Video Analytics on the Edge. The Illustra Standard network cameras help customers save expenses by reducing bandwidth, storage and false alarm with intelligent analytics on the edge. The cameras provide a variety of analytics, including face detection and verification, perimeter protection, line crossing, target counting, abandoned objects, exception detection (scene change, video blur and etc.). It automatically analyzes captured video and triggers events to be utilized for real-time alerts, forensic analysis, or business insights.

Easy for Deployment and Integration. The Illustra Standard network cameras support ONVIF as well as Tyco iAPI3 and HAPI3 protocol that makes them ideal in applications where integration is important. Used with a vast number of video and access control management systems from third party and Tyco products such as exacqVision and VideoEdge VMS, Illustra Standard network cameras are part of a holistic, end-to-end security solution.

Enhanced Cyber Security and Reliability. The Illustra Standard network cameras have been designed to be resilient against cyber-threats and aimed at providing peace of mind to our customers. Compliant with Johnson Controls Cyber Protection Program, the cameras are protected at initial design concept and is supported through deployment, including a rapid incident response to meet the comprehensive and evolving cybersecurity environments.
